Residential Environmental Branding
I led the comprehensive environmental branding for this 327-unit, LEED Silver Certified development by Brookfield Properties in Atlanta. My role involved translating the Tallulah brand identity into a physical signage system, coordinating the exterior architectural signage with a technical interior wayfinding package.
The scope included primary exterior branding and a 327-unit interior system featuring ADA-compliant tactile signage. By managing the project from initial concept through final fabrication drawings, I ensured a consistent brand experience throughout the entire five-story residential complex. The following primary exterior branding was designed to establish the building's identity within the urban landscape.
Interior Wayfinding & Programming
For the interior phase, I led the strategic programming and technical development of the wayfinding system for all 327 residential units and amenity spaces. This involved creating a detailed sign type and count matrix to manage the production and installation logic. My role included developing precise location plans to facilitate logical user flow and ADA compliance throughout the facility.
I designed the technical specifications for a variety of interior signs, including unit IDs, amenity wayfinding, and emergency evacuation mapping. The package was engineered to balance aesthetics with strict compliance, incorporating Grade II braille and specific mounting elevations to meet all ADA standards.
